2013 Rule Changes for Steer Roping
ADD section under general timed event rules for Steer Roping.
(ADD the following rules)
a. Steer roping procedures and rules will be followed as they are stated in the PRCA rulebook.
b. If steer roping is held at a time separate from the slack or performance of the rodeo, a specific dollar amount will be held out of steer roping contestant fees to pay judges and timers. Said fee will be agreed upon by the judges & event director prior to steer roping starting.
c. Extra steers may be put in pen in place of hurt steers or steers that may not be fit to be competed on between rounds. For more clarification, please see PRCA rulebook.
