The Nebraska State Rodeo Association sanctions and co-sanctions over 55 amateur rodeos a year. Cowboys and cowgirls travel the states of Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado, South Dakota, and Wyoming from March to September competing in rodeos with the end result to be in the top 12 to attend the Finals held this year on September 6 & 7, 2008 in North Platte, Nebraska.
